"Healing Uvalde" is a nondenominational prayer ministry that wants to help local pastors and churches train their members how to effectively help those who are suffering emotionally, both within their church and in the community. As more individuals join together to receive training to become certified as prayer ministers with this ministry, we will add more pictures and names of local people who can help you learn how to be set free so that you can follow Jesus and experience His love, joy, and peace and to spread this peace throughout Uvalde.

He has been a strong supporter of Set Free Prayer Ministry since Dr. Gardner has been coming to Uvalde, and he is a certified Prayer Minister. Join our group of certified prayer ministers

In order to become certified as a Healing Uvalde Prayer Minister you must do three things:

1) Complete the 10-hour video training available on this website or the 24-video series on "Set Free, Indeed."

2) Watch the 10 demonstration videos (must be purchased).

3) Receive a minimum of 5 hours of personal prayer ministry from a certified prayer minister and make a pledge to never let the sun go down on your anger.

After completing these three requirements, copy and complete the forms identified below, and mail them to Jim Gardner at 22361 Pine Ridge Circle, Poteau, OK 74953.

The following forms are provided for those who want to become certified as Set Free Prayer Ministers. After completing the three basic requirements, new applicants must complete an application form, a training record form, and sign a copy of the ethical standards. They must also have a leader from their church complete a letter of recommendation, and then send these forms to Dr. Gardner at 22361 Pine Ridge Circle, Poteau Oklahoma 74953.

Completion of certification does not mean that these individuals are experienced in helping people with all types of problems, but that they have the basic training and tools to be able to start praying with others for emotional healing.
